Traffic Marketplace Policies and Procedures

The Terms and Conditions of Traffic Marketplace contained herein were established to explain and define the rights and responsibilities of Traffic Marketplace, its Free members, Customers and its Pro Members (Affiliates).

Each Free member, Customer and Pro Member (Affiliate) agrees, without reservation, to all the terms and conditions contained herein and hold Traffic Marketplace free from any and all liability that may result from this agreement between them and Traffic Marketplace.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Traffic Marketplace there is no cost to become a Free member or a Customer. Free members and Customers have the option of purchasing site views from Traffic Marketplace.

Members that have desire to participate in our business opportunity can make onetime payment of 24,99 USD and they becoming Pro Members (Affiliates). They will get 1000 credits (site views) and access to all software and training materials they should have for building any affiliate or direct sale business. If they meet minimal requirements regarding activity we ask, they can get the part of company revenue.

Customers and Pro Members (Affiliates) can’t cancel their orders due the digital nature of our products. By onetime payment Pro Members (Affiliates) will get access to download area for software and other digital products. This products are much expensive than initial payment of 24,99 USD and can be downloaded in few minutes. So Traffic Marketplace doesn’t offer any money back guarantee.

There is no long term commitment or timeframe in which a Free member, Customer or Pro Members (Affiliates) must purchase products.

Anti-Spam Policy

In order to protect our subscribers and ensure the long term growth and success of Traffic Marketplace, Traffic Marketplace maintains a ZERO tolerance policy towards the sending of spam email. Spam email is defined as Unsolicited Commercial Email (UCE). In the event that you send spam email to people without their permission, you risk immediate cancellation of your account and forfeiture of all contacts in that account. As a Traffic Marketplace subscriber, you understand that Traffic Marketplace neither condones nor tolerates the sending of unsolicited or spam email by its subscribers. You understand and acknowledge that:

It is ILLEGAL to forge headers on emails and it is ILLEGAL to neglect to include a valid functional unsubscribe link along with a valid mailing address in any emails sent out. Anyone caught forging headers or not including a valid functional unsubscribe link will be immediately and permanently terminated from Traffic Marketplace. Traffic Marketplace also prohibits all subscribers from including the name or website address in any emails they send out. Subscribers are required to use a redirect link when directing prospects to their landing page.

We also require all subscribers to download their list of email addresses that have generated a complaint that can be found in the Spam Policy link in the subscribers section of the Traffic Marketplace website and permanently remove them from your database. If we receive a complaint from the same email address as a previous complaint from an email that was sent more than a week after the original complaint was filed, Traffic Marketplace has the right to terminate your account. You are solely responsible for mail sent on your behalf.

Traffic Marketplace also does not allow traffic from “paid to sign up” websites or other low quality traffic sources. Any member who has what Traffic Marketplace considers, by their own discretion, an abnormally low conversion percentage from hits to your landing page website to pre-enrollees may have their landing page websites turned off or be terminated from the company.

Traffic Marketplace will immediately terminate your subscription and suspend all future commissions for violating these Spam Policies. Traffic Marketplace reserves the right to take legal action against any subscriber found violating this Spam Policy. You will not be eligible for a refund if you are terminated for violating the Traffic Marketplace Spam Policy.

Product and Earnings Policy

With onetime payment of 24,99 USD, members changing their status from FREE to Pro Member (Affiliate).

All Pro Members (Affiliates) will get 1000 credits (site views), to assign to their websites. 

All Pro Members (Affiliates) have access to download area, where they can find software, e-books, videos, pre-written e-mails and ads, and other training materials that will help them to build Traffic Marketplace or any other online business.

Traffic Marketplace Pro Members (Affiliates) may participate in our compensation program as outlined on the Pay Plan page of the website.

Commissions are paid as outlined on the Pay Plan page of the website. All Pro Members (Affiliates) understand BEFORE become, joining or purchasing any product that there are NO GUARANTEED EARNINGS. Pro Members (Affiliates) understand that the website is not to reflect earnings, but to be a representation of company growth and does not mean anything in terms of commissions.

Commissions can be earned by free members who do not purchase product by making retail sales.

Pro Members (Affiliates) should not participate in Traffic Marketplace under the expectation of earning income without doing:

1.      Weekly task (100 site views),

2.      Promote the site or

3.      Sell of digital products and site views.

Neither Traffic Marketplace, nor its Pro Members (Affiliates) can guarantee earnings simply by becoming a Pro Member (Affiliate). Traffic Marketplace Pro Members (Affiliates) should not participate in Traffic Marketplace opportunity if they are not planning to work.

Traffic Marketplace Pro Members (Affiliates) should NOT expect to make a profit simply by becoming a Pro Member (Affiliate). Company will share part of revenue between the members by their promotional efforts.

Traffic Marketplace cannot guarantee that Pro Members (Affiliates) earn a profit by implementing the training materials provided. The products are for educational purposes only.

No Pro Member (Affiliate) should spend money that they cannot afford to lose to purchase products, advertising materials, or anything else related to Traffic Marketplace. It is possible that you will NOT earn any income as a Pro Member (Affiliate) of Traffic Marketplace.

Compliance Policy

Traffic Marketplace may change, alter, add, or detract products, services, and compensation at any time and for any reason. Traffic Marketplace reserves the right to terminate a subscriber at any time for violating any of our policies regardless of fault.

All disputes and claims relating to Traffic Marketplace, this Agreement, the Traffic Marketplace compensation plan, or its products, the rights and obligations of a Representative and Traffic Marketplace, or any other claims or causes of action relating to the performance of either a Representative or Traffic Marketplace under the Agreement or the rules and regulations, and/or a Representative's purchase of products shall be adjudicated totally and finally in the Serbia , or such other location as Traffic Marketplace prescribes.

Traffic Marketplace and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and other representatives shall not be liable for, and the Customer or Pro Member (Affiliate) hereby releases the foregoing from and waives any claim for loss of profit, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages which may arise out of any claim whatsoever relating to Traffic Marketplace's performance, non-performance, act, or commission with respect to the business relationship or other matters between the Customer or Pro Member (Affiliate) and Traffic Marketplace whether sounding in contract, tort, or strict liability.

 Site promotion

By registering for Traffic Marketplace you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Unless you received prior permission from Traffic Marketplace, you may only register for one Traffic Marketplace account.

You may not promote Traffic Marketplace in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Traffic Marketplace in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Traffic Marketplace account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Traffic Marketplace. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Traffic Marketplace is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.
